Nicholas holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration with concentrations in marketing and industrial operations management. Worked in the business sector for 34 years in various sales and marketing positions for Fortune 500 companies. From 1999 to 2017 (retired) was a member of the business faculty at Penn State University, Abington College. His area of specialization is Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Since retiring from Penn State Nicholas has established himself as a marketing consultant to small businesses.
